Rochdale Funds Proxy Vote
There will be a proxy vote for all shareholders regarding some upcoming changes to Rochdale Investment Trust (Rochdale’s family of open-end mutual funds.) All affected clients will receive a proxy statement and a ballot with instructions on how to vote.
